Pitching on the other side of that high over/under in Texas is Ross Detwiler.

Detwiler has a 5.19 SIERA on the year (following the 5.28 he posted last year), with only a 10.0% strikeout rate and 8.0% walk rate. Detwiler has really struggled against right-handed hitters over his whole career, allowing a .352 wOBA with a 4.78.

Elvis Andrus isn't exactly a monster from the dish, but he's hitting left-handed pitching well on the year, slashing .333/.369/.500 with a .363 wOBA .

The Rangers have the second-highest implied total of the day, and with such a great matchup, Andrus offers great value.
