The Seattle Mariners have the second-highest implied total on the main slate as they take on Anthony Ranaudo and the Chicago White Sox.

Through 15 games over his three seasons in the majors (including 11 starts), Ranaudo has been awful. He owns a 6.39 ERA, 6.00 SIERA and 11.9% walk rate, which is higher than his 10.6% strikeout rate.

Seth Smith has had some solid success against right-handed pitching this season, slashing .267/.357/.420 with a .340 wOBA and 30.9% hard-hit rate. He's hitting in a lineup that should generate offense tonight, giving him some pretty appealing upside.
