T15. Curt Schilling, Philadelphia Phillies (1998)

At 31 years old, Schilling won 15 games and struck out 300 batters in 35 starts. His play was good enough for an 8.3 WAR along with a FIP of 2.77.

That year, Schilling was overshadowed by other great pitching performances, and having lost 14 games, he was relegated to an All-Star appearance absent any additional hardware.
