Back in the lineup and hitting leadoff for the New York Mets, Curtis Granderson is in a good spot to take advantage of a favorable matchup against Philadelphia Phillies' righty Vincent Velasquez.

Velasquez has a solid 3.61 SIERA through 45 games in his first three seasons in the majors, but he has represented a decent matchup for left-handed hitters, allowing a .331 wOBA on a 32.5% hard-hit rate.

Granderson hit righties really well in 2016, with a .349 wOBA and .238 ISO on a 37.3% hard-hit and 44.2% fly-ball rate, and this matchup gives him some serious upside.
