Going right back to the Kansas City Royals and that promising matchup against Covey, Alex Gordon's situation is pretty similar to Moss'.

Gordon is also off to a pretty poor start. He did post a 36.9% hard-hit rate and a decent 37.9% fly-ball rate against right-handed pitching last season, though, while he owns a decent .343 wOBA against right-handed pitching over his career.

Our projections have Gordon as the fifth-best point-per-dollar value on the slate.
