Kris Bryant, 3B, Chicago Cubs

Price: $4,200

The Chicago Cubs are the offense to target on Tuesday. The forecast calls for strong winds blowing out at Wrigley Field -- always a good thing for hitters -- and the Cubs also draw an outstanding matchup against Bronson Arroyo and the Cincinnati Reds. They have an absurdly high 6.51 implied total.

Arroyo has been awful this season, with a 4.81 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) while allowing a 35.8% hard-hit rate. The 40-year-old doesn't look like he has anything left in the tank after being out of the majors in 2015 and 2016, and his average pitch velocity ranks second-worst among the 126 hurlers that have thrown at least 500 pitches this season, only ranking ahead of knuckleballer R.A. Dickey.

Kris Bryant has been his usual dominant self this season, with a .403 wOBA, while he's been especially deadly against left-handed pitching, with a .537 wOBA on a 42.9% hard-hit rate. In a matchup like this, Bryant is an absolute steal at $4,200.

Bryant has missed four straight games due to illness, though, and there's a chance he's not in the lineup tonight. If that's the case, an easy pivot at third base is Miguel Sano ($4,000). Sano is making absurd contact this year, with a 54.0% hard-hit rate, 1.6% soft-hit rate and 49.2% fly-ball rate, and he draws a good matchup as the Twins boast a 4.86 implied total against the Colorado Rockies and southpaw Kyle Freeland, who owns a 4.35 SIERA in his rookie season so far.
