Jake Lamb, 3B, Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks may have one of the highest implied team totals on the slate (4.98) against southpaw Tommy Milone, but Jake Lamb should take a back seat.

Lamb has struggled with lefties throughout his career, and 2017 has been no different. Against them he's struck out a whopping 41.7% of the time this year, and although he's managed a 45.5% hard-hit rate, it's come with a 68.2% ground-ball rate.

Milone is far from an elite pitcher, but with elite third basemen like Manny Machado, Kris Bryant, Nolan Arenado, and Miguel Sano in good matchups, there are tastier options than Lamb on the table this evening.
