Los Angeles Angels righty J.C. Ramirez is the epitome of replacement level, tallying a forgettable 4.29 ERA and 4.71 FIP across 122-plus innings, with a 19% strikeout rate that isn't going to move the needle for most K-needy streamers.

Even so, in a week where the deep-league streamers dry up in a hurry, Ramirez seems like a worthy dice roll against a Philadelphia squad that's been a bottom-third producer against righties this year. For what it's worthy, the Phillies are the league's most homesick offense, basement-level producers on the road in terms of wRC+ and team on base plus slugging.
