Scooter Gennett, 2B, Cincinnati Reds

FanDuel Price: $3,100

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Is there a better pure hitter in baseball than Jose Altuve? He's hitting a ridiculous .494 in the month of July, and could be placing himself firmly in the conversation for AL MVP. He's sure to be a popular play.

Just recently stepping into a full-time starting role over rookie Jose Peraza, Scooter Gennett continues to be an intriguing option up the middle.

Why You Should Use Him:

Vance Worley of the Miami Marlins has been thrust into a starting role, and four starts in, it hasn't been good.

Over a total of 29 2/3 innings pitched, Worley's put up a 6.37 ERA and a 44.4% hard-hit rate. Lefties have been a trouble spot for Worley, who've posted a 52.0% hard-hit rate and a 32.0% fly-ball rate against him.

While he hasn't gotten all the playing time this year, Gennett should get the lion's share moving forward, and he's got plenty of pop. He's already ripped 18 homers this year, and he's mashed righties with a 41.9% hard-hit rate and a 37.7% fly-ball rate.

Take a long look at Gennett.
