Cody Bellinger, 1B, Los Angeles Dodgers

We don't always have to shy away from lefty-lefty matchups, particularly if we're looking to be contrarian and have a guy as talented as Cody Bellinger.

However, this doesn't look to be one of those spots. While Corey Seager still has some intrigue because he remains underpriced, paying up for Bellinger is a tougher sell against Clayton Richard. For his career, Richard has some rough news for left-handers, as he's allowed a 21.6% hard-hit rate and a 64.3% ground-ball rate. And while it's likely just small sample size noise, he's even striking out southpaws at a 27.7% clip in 2017. Bellinger is unlikely to pay off with a dinger in this matchup.
