Mark Canha, OF, Oakland Athletics

Price: $2,600

Mark Canha (like most of the Oakland Athletics offense) is having a big start to 2019, and he's sporting a .402 wOBA and .261 ISO over 32 plate appearances. That's a small sample, and we're likely to see him regress, but it's still surprising to see him priced so low despite that solid production.

Even if we look back to last year's stats, which comes on 411 plate appearances, this price tag is appealing. His .334 wOBA was nothing special, but he paired it with a strong .200 ISO. He was also especially good against left-handed pitching, turning a 41.4% hard-hit rate and 42.2% fly-ball rate into a huge .390 wOBA with a .322 ISO.

He gets a favorable matchup tonight against southpaw Drew Smyly and the Texas Rangers. Smyly has really struggled to start 2019 with a 6.00 SIERA, and that's no surprise considering the fact that Tommy John surgery has sidelined him since 2016, when he posted a shaky 4.65 xFIP against right-handed bats.

Don't expect Canha to cool off against Smyly.
