Dustin Pedroia, 2B, Boston Red Sox

FanDuel Price: $3,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Dustin Pedroia is in a great spot and should be highly owned, but Derek Dietrich and Brandon Phillips are both cheaper and likely to be the chalk at second base again.

Why You Should Use Him:

Pedroia has enjoyed an excellent 2016 campaign so far, especially in the power department. He is currently sitting on a career-high .485 slugging percentage and is on pace for 26 home runs. Two of his five homers have come in his last five games, and he will look to add to that total tonight.

Pedroia and the Red Sox will take on rookie left-hander Sean Manaea, and Vegas does not see it ending well for the youngster. Boston has the highest implied team total (4.9) of any team not playing in Coors Field.

Pedroia has hit lefties much better than righties throughout his career and should be a big part of Boston's reaching that total while hitting near the top of their lineup. Dietrich is likely the way to go in cash games, but Pedroia is an excellent tournament option.
