Kendrys Morales is a switch-hitter who by far does his best work against right-handed pitching. Over his career, he has posted a .346 wOBA, 34.5% hard-hit rate and .204 ISO against righties. His numbers (and as a reflection of that, his salary) are down a bit to start this season, but there's plenty of reason to believe it's nothing more than a little hiccup. His 36.9% hard-hit rate on the year is higher than his career average. His home run-to-fly ball ratio is only 9.1% (compared to his career average of 14.6), and his .212 BABIP is well below his .297 career average -- both numbers we can expect to climb moving forward.
