Why He Will Go Overlooked:
Rougned Odor might not even be the most popular second base option on his own team. Jurickson Profar has really come on recently and has a more prominent spot in the order, batting leadoff.
Why You Should Use Him:
Odor went hitless last night, but he still has been one of the most effective second baseman on the year and finds himself in an enticing matchup tonight against Doug Fister.
Fister has been able to limit the damage this season, but his 4.89 SIERA suggests he's a much worse pitcher than his basic numbers would show. In his career, Fister has struggled against left-handed hitters, which bodes well for Odor.
The Rangers have one of the best lineups in the Majors, and Vegas is giving them their due respect, projecting them for 4.8 runs against Fister. Odor has crushed righties throughout his career, and he should be able to do some damage tonight against Fister while hitting in the middle of the Rangers' stacked lineup.
