Curtis Granderson, OF, New York Mets

FanDuel Price: $3,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Curtis Granderson and the Mets have not been living up to expectations offensively this season, and they're projected for 4.5 runs tonight, which doesn't stand out on this slate. With more appealing options among outfielders, it seems hard to imagine Granderson being an overly popular option.

Why You Should Use Him:

Granderson homered again last night, his fourth in his last nine starts. He's now hit safely in seven straight games, four of which have been multi-hit performances. He'll look to build on his recent success in tonight's matchup against right-hander John Gant.

Gant has only pitched 16 career Major League innings, but they have not went well, as the righty has posted an ugly 5.63 ERA and 1.75 WHIP. He never posted overly impressive Minor League numbers, either, and Vegas sees him struggling again tonight against the Mets, projecting New York for the sixth-most runs on the slate.

Granderson has posted much better numbers against righties throughout his career and is New York's hottest hitter at the moment. He should be a big part of the Mets' impending offensive explosion tonight, and comes at a discounted price tag and ownership. Give him a long look in tournaments.
