FanDuel tried its best to make it tough to roster Paul Goldschmidt for his game at Coors Field, but even with a monster price tag, the dude is hard to ignore.

Goldschmidt, a righty, has been on an absolute tear in June. Through 81 plate appearances this month, he boasts a .407 wOBA with a 43.4% hard-hit rate. He’s put up the big numbers by being more aggressive. After posting a 19.4% walk rate in May, he’s only walking 9.9% of the time in June.

Our top-ranked bat, Goldschmidt will tangle with Colorado Rockies’ right-hander Eddie Butler, who is sporting a 4.41 SIERA and 15.3% strikeout rate. Goldschmidt prefers lefties, but he’s mashed against right-handed pitchers, too, posting a .374 wOBA this year versus same-sided hurlers. Arizona's implied total of 5.72 is the highest clip of the slate.
