Brian Dozier, 2B, Minnesota Twins

FanDuel Price: $3,200

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

There are several cheap second base options today, and with daily fantasy players attempting to fit in the expensive pitchers, I'd expect most to punt the position. Normally that'd mean Brian Dozier would be a very popular option at his bargain bin price, but with Jason Kipnis and Devon Travis both cheaper, along with Dustin Pedroia at just $400 more, Dozier likely won't be a popular option tonight.

Why You Should Use Him:

Dozier has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball recently, posting a .502 wOBA, .459 ISO, and .836 slugging percentage since June 17. Despite this, he has remained a bargain at his price on FanDuel.

We get another chance to take advantage of his price tonight in a righty-lefty matchup against Sean Manaea. Manaea pitched very well in his return from the disabled list, but he still has a 5.40 ERA (seventh-worst in the MLB) and 4.51 SIERA on the year. Vegas doesn't see this outing going as well for Manaea, projecting 4.7 runs for the Twins.

Dozier has hit much better against lefties in his career and he should have no problems with Manaea tonight. He's an excellent play in all formats tonight -- the low ownership is just an added bonus.
