The final division series wraps up on Thursday between the Tampa Bay Rays and Houston Astros, with the Rays putting their fates in the hands of Tyler Glasnow, while the Astros are bringing out arguably 2019's top overall hurler in Gerrit Cole. Glasnow may be a potential rising star, but he simply isn't in peak form after missing much of the season to injury -- he failed to reach five innings in Game 1 -- so Houston is heavily favored to move on to the ALCS.
