Mets trade Dominic Leone to Angels
Right-handed pitcher Dominic Leone has been traded from the New York Mets to the Los Angeles Angels.
Leone becomes the latest member of the Mets to move on deadline day, heading to the Angels. The 31-year-old tossed 30.7 innings for New York this season.
In 30.7 innings this season, Leone has a 4.40 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, 33 strikeouts, and 11 walks.
