Braves' Jarred Kelenic moving to bench versus lefty Monday
The Atlanta Braves will not have Jarred Kelenic in their lineup for Monday's game against the Miami Marlins.
Kelenic will be on the bench as the Braves kick off their series with the Miami Marlins, whose pitching rotation features several left-handers. Adam Duvall will bat seventh today and is listed as the starter in left field.
Kelenic has performed well as part of the Braves' platoon this year. While he's still searching for his first home run, he has recorded a strong .326 batting average across his 51 plate appearances.
