Impressively, the Spurs have a better chance to claim the title, according to our numbers, than the Cavs are and would very likely have to do it by beating both Golden State and Cleveland. San Antonio's biggest move this offseason was replacing the retired Tim Duncan with Pau Gasol.

While the loss of Duncan seems like a huge loss, at this point in their careers, Gasol will most likely be more productive than Duncan was last year. Duncan will still be around the team, so he can still bring his leadership to the table for the Spurs.
