Jaren Jackson Jr. Will Be the Top-Ranked Fantasy Rookie

Why This Is Bold: Jaren Jackson Jr. has the eighth-highest ADP among rookies this season at 114.3, trailing Deandre Ayton (41.3), Luka Doncic (62.7), Trae Young (75.0), Marvin Bagley III (95.3), Wendell Carter Jr. (100.0), Kevin Knox (103.0), and Collin Sexton (113.3).

Why This Will Happen: Jackson doesn't have much standing in his way to become the Memphis Grizzlies' starting power forward of the future, with JaMychal Green failing to impress much in his two years with the job.

If Jackson gets the minutes, his game is very fantasy-friendly. The combination of elite blocks and steady three-pointers is rare, while he should also provide you with a fair share of points, rebounds, and steals.

Ayton clearly has the best path to strong fantasy returns in year one, but everyone after him is a question mark that is likely to suffer from questionable efficiency typical of rookie seasons. With Jackson Jr.'s skill set, he could very well be number two out of the rest of the field with a chance to claim the top spot if the Phoenix Suns decide to bring the top overall pick in Ayton along slowly.
