Dwight Powell (hip) questionable for Dallas on Thursday
Dallas Mavericks power forward Dwight Powell (right hip contusion) is questionable for Thursday versus the Los Angeles Lakers.
What It Means:
Powell started on Tuesday versus the Los Angeles Clippers and played eight minutes before exiting with a hip injury. Davis Bertans replaced Powell in the starting lineup after halftime, so he will be a candidate to start if Powell is ruled out. Reggie Bullock and JaVale McGee would also have more minutes available. Dorian Finney-Smith (right adductor strain), Josh Green (right elbow sprain), and Maxi Kleber (right hamstring tear) will all remain out Thursday for Dallas.
