Bryce McGowens moving back to Hornets bench Monday
Charlotte Hornets guard Bryce McGowens is not in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
McGowens is yielding his spot to rookie Leaky Black after making three straight starts. Cody Martin (knee), LaMelo Ball (ankle), and Gordon Hayward (calf) are all still out, so McGowens might still see an uptick in playing time.
numberFire's models project McGowens for 21.3 minutes and 13.6 FanDuel points on Monday. Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Hornets' implied total (107.0) and the game total (226.5) are both the lowest of the day.
