Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Cody Martin (knee) is available for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Martin is ready to return after missing both ends of a back-to-back with a right knee contusion. He will likely replace Ish Smith or Leaky Black in the starting lineup and also take minutes from Bryce McGowens. Gordon Hayward (calf) has been downgraded from questionable and ruled out again for the Hornets.
