Thaddeus Young signing with Suns
The Phoenix Suns are finalizing a deal with free agent forward Thaddeus Young.
Young was released by the Brooklyn Nets last week after being acquired from the Toronto Raptors at the trade deadline. The 35-year-old veteran will likely compete for backup minutes with Royce O'Neale, Drew Eubanks, and Bol Bol.
Young was mostly irrelevant for the Raptors in November and December, but then he averaged 21.1 minutes and 19.7 FanDuel points per game in January and February, with 6.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.1 steals.
