Brock Purdy (rib, oblique) active for 49ers in Week 15
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy will play Thursday in the team's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
What It Means:
Purdy, while ailing, was always expected to play. He'll continue to try to fill Jimmy Garoppolo's shoes, which were already trying to fill Trey Lance's shoes. Josh Johnson will be Purdy's backup.
