Patriots' Mac Jones looking forward to 'fresh start'
New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones expressed excitement about having a "fresh start" for the upcoming season.
The Patriots' offense completely came apart under "offensive coordinator" Matt Patricia in 2022, but appears to be in a much healthier place heading into 2023 under new OC Bill O'Brien. Jones brought up that he and head coach Bill Belichick sat down and discussed the subject at length before refocusing themselves for the upcoming year.
Jones should fare much better in 2023 than he did in 2022, but his lack of real rushing production does deflate his fantasy upside. Our models have him projected as the QB25 in fantasy this season.
