Lamar Jackson 'enjoying the increased responsibility' in Ravens' offense
The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec believes Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been "enjoying the increased responsibility" he has been given in leading the team's offense.
New offensive coordinator Todd Monken has been reportedly making a good impression with his quarterback, upping the tempo of the Ravens' offense while allowing Jackson to exercise more freedom at the line of scrimmage than ever before. With a new arsenal of pass-catchers at his fingertips and a potentially potent offensive scheme, Jackson could be in line for one of his best seasons yet.
Jackson is projected for the fourth-most fantasy points among all NFL players this upcoming season (365.8), trailing only Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, and Jalen Hurts. His past few seasons haven't quite lived up to the lofty bar he set in his 2019 MVP campaign, but Jackson should be one of the first quarterbacks off the board in fantasy drafts this summer.
