Travis Etienne (chest) day-to-day for Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne (chest) is day-to-day, per head coach Doug Pederson.
Pederson said Etienne will practice on Thursday, so if there aren't any setbacks, he should be fine for Monday night's Week 13 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. D'Ernest Johnson and rookie Tank Bigsby will share backfield duties if Etienne winds up not being available. Johnson out-snapped Bigsby 29-2 last week and turned 8 touches into 61 yards.
Etienne is the RB2 in numberFire's Week 13 rankings and our models project him for 15.7 FanDuel points, with 17.4 carries, 75.3 rushing yards, 2.9 receptions, and 23.7 receiving yards. The Bengals have the second-worst run defense in the NFL, according to our opponent-adjusted efficiency metrics, providing the entire Jaguars' backfield with an appealing matchup.
