France: Under 6.5 (6.38 projection)

France are a formidable team who should be able to get out of this group, but it will not come without difficulty. Our projections have France to finish under the 6.5 betting number, as their games against Denmark (50.60% win chance) and Peru (62.83% win chance) will provide challenges.

While France are an extremely talented team, they have produced several stinkers in the past 10 months, including ties at home to the United States and Luxembourg, as well as a home defeat to Colombia.

France will be fine in the long run and we expect them to go far in the tournament (67.66% chance at reaching the quarterfinals), but seven points may be too much to ask from them in the group stage.
