Adam Lind has seen his production fall off a bit this year, but a deeper dive into the numbers reveals that it may not be something to be too concerned about. He's sporting a 38.5% hard-hit rate, the second-highest of his career, but his .241 BABIP is a career-low. That hard-hit rate jumps to 40.5% if we look at his splits against righties, being accompanied by a .221 ISO.

Those numbers give him big upside tonight against Daniel Mengden and the Oakland Athletics.

Mengden has made 10 Major League starts in his rookie season, managing an ugly 6.66 ERA and 4.77 SIERA through 51 1/3 innings. The Seattle Mariners also have a nice 4.50 implied total here.
