Jefry Marte, 3B, Los Angeles Angels

Jefry Marte hasn't had a great start to the season, but he posted a serviceable .335 wOBA in 2016, and has been reasonably effective against southpaws over his young career, with a .343 wOBA.

He brings that into an interesting matchup today against Minnesota Twins lefty Adalberto Mejia.

We don't have a big sample-size on Mejia at the major league level, but what he has shown over six games (five starts) hasn't been pretty, with a 5.20 SIERA and 12.0% walk rate.
