Ji-Man Choi, 1B, Tampa Bay Rays

Back to the Rays, Ji-Man Choi is a low-floor option, but he offers a ton of upside, especially for a guy priced only $200 above the minimum.

He has only made 233 plate appearances over his Major League career (86 in 2018), and while his .287 wOBA is an ugly mark, that comes with a solid .191 ISO.

His power is especially pronounced against right-handed pitching, with that ISO jumping to .204 on a 35.8% hard-hit and 12.4% soft-hit rate.

With lefties raking against Hess, Choi is one of the cheapest ways to load your lineup with home run upside tonight.
