Ted Ginn Jr., Carolina Panthers

Ted Ginn Jr. continues going overlooked in fantasy drafts -- at an average draft position of 178 and the 64th receiver off the board, he is more than likely going undrafted in standard leagues. Keep in mind that, in 2015, Ginn caught 44 passes for 739 yards and 10 touchdowns, which ranked him 23rd amongst wide receivers in fantasy points scored per game (10.0) and 25th in total points.

Part of the reason Ginn Jr. seems to get overlooked is that he won't see a high volume of targets this year compared to last -- the Panthers are one of only four teams that had a pass-to-run ratio of less than 50% last year.

But Ginn Jr. is extremely productive with the targets that he does receive. In 2015, he scored 134 fantasy points, which ranked 16th in fantasy points per target (1.38) thanks to his deep ball skills.

Ginn Jr. will continue to be Cam Newton's deep ball threat in this offense, and given his efficiency with the targets he does receive, he's worth a shot given his undrafted status. That's especially true if Devin Funchess can't take a step forward this season for the Panthers.
