DeAngelo Williams Led the NFL With 52.24% of His Team’s Opportunities

A player's market share is one of the trends we measure in our new Premium DFS Tools, and it is the total percentage of a team’s targets and carries that a player received.

DeAngelo Williams accounted for 26 of Pittsburgh’s 30 rushing attempts, and he was targeted on 9 of Ben Roethlisberger’s 37 passes. He averaged 5.5 yards per carry to lead the league with 143 yards, and he added another 28 yards on 6 receptions – enough for 29.10 fantasy points, which led all running backs.

With Le'Veon Bell suspended for two more games, Williams will remain a big part of the Steelers offense against the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles, a pair of games in which Pittsburgh will be a favorite.
