Delanie Walker has another great matchup for the second week in a row, against the Oakland Raiders, whose 44.41 Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) is the worst in the NFL this season. The Raiders also gave up the third-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends last season and, just last week, allowed two tight ends to both go over 75 receiving yards.

Walker caught all 6 of his targets last week, and with Rob Gronkowski still battling a hamstring injury, Walker is our top tight end target for Week 3.
