Jack Doyle, Indianapolis Colts

Owned in 10.0% of ESPN Leagues

When Jack Doyle caught two touchdowns in Week 1, pretty much everyone wrote it off as a fluke. After he received more targets than Dwayne Allen in Week 2, most were wondering "Why? Why is Jack Doyle still in my life?" After an injury to Donte Moncrief and a Week 3 that saw Doyle catch all 6 of his targets for 65 yards while logging just 6 fewer snaps than Allen, it's time to start taking Doyle more seriously as a fantasy asset.

With Moncrief out of the picture for the near future, it's conceivable that the Indianapolis Colts will utilize much more of the two-tight end set that we saw in 2015, which should mean continued playing time for Doyle. He already led Indy in targets inside of the 10-yard line, while ranking second in red zone targets on the year before his expanded role.

In Week 4, Doyle and the Colts will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, who gave up the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2015. Indy is projected for the fifth-highest implied team total this week against Jacksonville in a game that has serious shootout potential with the third-highest over/under on the slate (49.5).

Doyle is a legitimate streaming candidate this week in deeper leagues -- and not just so you can scream "O'Doyle Rules!" when he scores touchdowns.
