While Washington is listed first, the Jacksonville Jaguars are a very close second.

The Jaguars are in London this week to take on the Indianapolis Colts and Andrew Luck. The Colts are a squad that has been generous to opposing defenses over the past two weeks. In Week 2, the Denver Broncos finished as the second-highest scoring defense, and in Week 3, the San Diego Chargers finished eighth among defenses.

This week, the Jaguars get a chance to tee off on Luck, who has been sacked nine times already, tied for third-most in the league. Luck has also tossed two picks and lost two fumbles through three weeks.

The Jaguars defense has struggled through three weeks against the Green Bay Packers, Chargers, and Baltimore Ravens, but a game against the Colts' subpar offensive line could get them on track.
