Tight End: Zach Miller

Zach Miller, TE, Chicago Bears
8 Receptions, 78 Yards, 9 Targets, 2 Touchdowns
Performance: 92, NEP: +11.70

Without a healthy Jay Cutler, the Chicago Bears' gameplan revolved around utilizing Kevin White on the perimeter with Miller operating underneath as an outlet for Brian Hoyer. Unfortunately for Chicago, the Dallas Cowboys were able to get out to an early lead, and while the play-call balance may have been missing -- 15 carries, 49 pass attempts -- Miller turned out to be the lucky recipient of volume. He was able to haul in 8 of his 9 targets for 78 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Miller did most of his damage in the red zone, where he was targeted four times. He was able to turn those targets into two touchdowns, scoring from two yards out and six yards out. Routinely getting separation from Dallas defenders, Miller was a human highlight reel, and now ranks top seven in Reception NEP (seventh), Target NEP (fourth) and Total NEP (seventh) on the year. Posting an 83.3% catch rate, Miller has proven to be a reliable target no matter who is playing under center for the Bears.

Leading all tight ends in fantasy points in Week 3, Miller also climbed up to the overall TE4 on the season in PPR formats. Averaging six targets per game, Miller has become a viable weekly fantasy option.
