8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 4
Kevin White, WR, Chicago Bears
Despite having played only 87% of the Chicago Bears' offensive snaps compared to Alshon Jeffery's 97% snap rate, Kevin White leads the team in targets -- by a pretty significant margin. His 27 targets account for 26.7% of the Bears' total, which is the 13th-highest mark in the league.
He hasn't managed any sort of efficiency with that volume, but sporting a 48% catch rate -- which is more than 10% below the league average of 59% for wideouts this season -- there is a chance we see that efficiency trend upwards, despite the Bears' shaky quarterback situation.
White has a real shot at continuing to lead the Bears in targets through the season, especially with the oft-injured Jeffery currently dealing with a knee injury that has limited him in practice. Even if White doesn't hold off Jeffery for the team lead in targets, the number-two receiver role on a Bears' offense that has thrown the fourth-most passes -- and will likely be playing from behind a lot this season -- is a valuable one.
