DeAngelo Williams has the third-most fantasy points of any running back through this season, but he will now take a backseat to Le'Veon Bell, whose three game suspension is over.

Williams managed just 21 yards on 8 carries last game, and Mike Tomlin has expressed his confidence that Bell is ready to go. After filling in as the starter in Bell’s absence during the first two games last season, Williams saw only one carry in Bell’s first game back.

In the five full games that Bell played in last season, he averaged 16.28 standard fantasy points per game, and he only failed to eclipse 100 total yards once.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have the fourth-highest implied total this week and being favored by five points tilts the game script in Bell’s favor. He is being welcomed back with a plus matchup against a Kansas City Chiefs' defense that is giving up the eighth-most rushing yards per game through three weeks and has already allowed two opposing running backs to top 30 receiving yards.
