Week 6 is here, and it features plenty of mismatches, with six games boasting a spread of at least six points, including five games on FanDuel's Sunday-only main slate.

While injuries and role changes continue to cause fluctuations in player usage -- as they will all season -- some roles are starting to become more clearly defined. The ever-increasing sample size from the season allows us to get a better read on teams as a whole, giving us a better idea of which defenses to go after in fantasy football.
