Giovani Bernard, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

On the surface, this may not look like a great matchup for Giovani Bernard, with the New England Patriots ranking eighth in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play, but it's actually not a bad spot at all.

Bernard does a big chunk of his work in the passing game, averaging 6.0 targets per game this season, and the Patriots have allowed 6.2 receptions per game to running backs -- the fifth-most in the league.

Bernard's usage also tends to hinge on game-flow, and since the beginning of the 2014 season, he averages 7.44 targets per game when the Bengals are underdogs of at least 3 points compared to only 3.96 targets per game otherwise. The Bengals are 8.5-point underdogs this week.
