The only entity I believe got too much airtime for the NFL this week was that goofy New York Giants’ kicking net: from the snuggling to Odell Beckham’s proposal, that kicking net is going to be the Yoko Ono of the G-Men; mark my words. That said, its hubby -- Odell himself -- deserved every second he was in the frame of the camera in Week 6, as he delivered a second crucial touchdown to save the game for the Giants.

While Beckham’s first score came from their own territory just two minutes from the end of the third quarter, his second touchdown play was snapped with just 1:36 remaining in the game on fourth down. It was the perfect recipe for big-play success: quarterback Eli Manning took a short drop, Beckham ran a quick slant into the middle, the pass was delivered in stride, and it was simply a matter of outracing the defenders to the end zone. Beckham earned every second of highlight reel he picked up this week.
