High-Cost Option: Aaron Rodgers ($7,600)

Over the past four weeks, Aaron Rodgers has averaged 30.3 fantasy points per game while scoring 13 total touchdowns. The Green Bay Packers travel to the Washington Redskins this week in a game Vegas has projected to surpass 50 points. The Redskins have fared quite well against opposing quarterbacks this season -- only Ben Roethlisberger and Sam Bradford have thrown multiple touchdown passes against them. It's led to Washington allowing the 12th-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks, a combination of stats that should lead to lower ownership for Rodgers. However, this is Rodgers we're talking about, and given the fact that he's been playing lights out lately and is in what should be a shootout, he makes for a fantastic play for both cash games and tournaments.

Mid-Cost Option: Marcus Mariota ($6,700)

Don't look now, but after scoring just four total touchdowns in his first four games, Marcus Mariota has now scored 19 in his last six. He gets a juicy matchup this week against the Indianapolis Colts, who rank 30th in numberFire's schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing NEP. Mariota was held to just 17.7 DraftKings points in their previous matchup, but the Colts have allowed four different passers to eclipse 25-plus fantasy points against them. Mariota makes for a terrific GPP play in a game Vegas projects for a 52-point total.

Low-Cost Option: Kirk Cousins ($5,800)

On the other end of the Green Bay-Washington side, Kirk Cousins looks like he could be in for a great performance at a cheap salary. Cousins has done quite well this season, scoring 18-plus fantasy points in seven of nine games. The Packers have allowed the seventh-most passing touchdowns, and six of the nine quarterbacks they faced have scored 19 or more fantasy points. The status of DeSean Jackson is still in question, but Cousins still has plenty of weapons to utilize in this offense. $5,800 for Cousins leaves plenty of room to pay up at other positions while providing a safe quarterback option to anchor cash lineups.
