Mike Gillislee seems to meander his way on and off waiver wires every other week, but that's largely a byproduct of the Bills' starting running back, LeSean McCoy, being hampered with injuries on a regular basis.

Another injury struck McCoy on Sunday as he left the game with a dislocated thumb. And for what it's worth, McCoy does expect to play in Week 12. But if McCoy can't give it a go next week, Gillislee is a more than capable fill-in.

Gillislee’s 57.1% Rushing Success Rate ranks atop the league among running backs with at least 40 carries on the season. And his 0.40 Rushing NEP per rush is the most efficient among that group of backs as well. Gillislee handled 14 touches to Jonathan Williams' 5, so in the event McCoy can't play next week, he should shoulder the majority of the load. And with a juicy matchup against the hapless, last-ranked Jaguars' run defense, Gillislee could put up big numbers if the opportunity is there for him.

Grab Gillislee with a speculative add if you've got room on your bench in case McCoy ends up sitting next week. And if he does, Gillislee enters near must-start territory.
