Rishard Matthews has been incredibly efficient this season. Among the 80 wideouts with at least 40 targets on the season, he ranks 7th in Reception NEP per target. In recent games, his volume has finally started to catch up to that efficiency as he has averaged 9.3 targets per game over his last three.

Overall, the Chicago Bears haven't been bad against the pass this season, but they are allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this year. Matthews is way underpriced here considering the matchup and how well he has been producing lately.
