After being sidelined since Week 13, Theo Riddick has finally been placed on the injured reserve, leaving Zach Zenner as the top back for the Detroit Lions in the playoffs.

Zenner played 76% of the Lions' offensive snaps in Week 16 and a whopping 97% in Week 17, despite backup Dwayne Washington being active for that game. Zenner saw 12 carries and 3 targets in Week 16 and 20 carries and 5 targets in Week 17, and he appears to be all but locked in for a big workload moving forward.

This week's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks is tough, but if you're not looking to pay up at running back, you're either getting someone with a tough matchup or low volume. And with running backs in particular, volume is generally more important for a value play than a good matchup is.
