2. Marshall Faulk, St. Louis Rams (1999)

If you thought he was done, you were wrong. You must have forgotten about the Rams' Super Bowl season, when Faulk tallied a career-high 2,429 total yards and 12 touchdowns.

His sixth season was not as well-recognized as others, having won Offensive Player of the Year rather than MVP. However, he averaged 5.46 yards per carry -- the highest of his career -- and hoisted the Lombardi when all was said and done. In doing so, Faulk became one of only two rushers to post an AV of 25 or better.
